About the Nomination Committee

The Nomination Committee ensures that the work of Presbytery’s committees are appropriately supported through recommendations for their membership.

Committee Remit

To make recommendations for appointment of appropriate members to Standing and ad hoc Committees in accordance with Standing Orders that will ensure the work of Presbytery in all its aspects is fulfilled.

To make nominations to Presbytery for the appointment of Additional Elders in accordance with the Consolidating Act anent Church Courts 2000 as amended.
